Our TEJ-LO Low Cost Hydro Test Stand is perfect for Home Care Providers and companies looking to Hydro Test their own tanks. The TEJ-LO is compact and uses a 10” Free Standing Water Jacket which eliminates the need for a pit which is required for larger water jackets. The unit comes with a 10” Water Jacket, 1/2”, 3/4” and 1” Cylinder Adapters, 3,000 PSI Calibrated Cylinder with Adapter.
Optional equipment, 5,000 PSI Calibrated Cylinder, 14” Water Jacket.

Our Portable test unit is all self-contained in an easy carry box. It is the perfect unit for in house or in field testing of hoses, low pressure fire extinguishers, high pressure boilers, tanks, valves, tubing, piping and more. The unit is available with either an Air Operated or Manually Operated pump.

We have a wide variety of Water Jackets available, 6”, 10”, 14” and 18”. Custom sizes available upon request. We can supply any of the listed water jacket sizes with any of our Hydrostatic test units.

Hydraulic Cylinder De-Valver for installing and removing cylinder valves. Features, adjustable pressure and speed, sliding motor platform that allows height and depth adjustments for different size cylinders. There is no need to use a torque wrench for tightening the cylinder valves. Just refer to the supplied torque chart, find the valve thread size and tighten to the specified pressure gauge reading. Using our cylinder De-valver can cut cylinder valve replacement time by up to 50% or more.
