Our Model TEJ hydrotest stands come in a variety of configurations.
They can be supplied with different size water jackets or can be configured to use multiple water jackets.
The system is manual operation and uses an air operated pump. Standard systems are rated for 5,000 PSI. Upgrades to higher pressures are available.

Manually Operated System

• System rated for 10,000 PSI Maximum Pressure
• Water and air are controlled by manually operated valves

Sliding Burette Board

• 6 burettes connected to a manifold with individual shutoff valves
• 1 each, 12.5 ml, 25 ml, 50 ml, 125 ml, 250 ml, 360 ml
• Zero point indicator

Air Operated Pump

• Soft seat Stainless steel inlet and outlet check valves
• Stainless steel pump section

Test Range

• Standard system rated up to 10,000 PSI

Calibrated Pressure Gauge

• 0 - 10,000 PSI with certificate

Pressure Damper

• Stops the pulsation of the pressure gauge during pumping

Calibrated Cylinder

• Standard Calibrated Cylinder 5,000 PSI, includes adapter. Higher Pressures available

Safety Relief Valve

• 10,500 PSI safety relief valve

Hoses and Connections for Single Water Jacket

• High pressure hose to connect the test stand to the high pressure inlet of the water jacket
• Fittings and tubing to connect the water jacket fill connection to the test stand
• Tubing to connect the expansion port of the water jacket to the burette board
